FUT won PGL Bucharest 2026 in April, taking home $400,000 and a career-high 4th place in the world rankings. At the IEM Cologne Major, they took a map off Vitality — then the world's No. 1 team — 13-5 on Anubis, before eventually losing the series 1-2. They also knocked B8 out of that same tournament.
The roster has kept moving since. FUT benched lauNX and signed xfl0ud from HEROIC on July 7, and he made his first LAN appearance for the team in EWC's opening round — a 13-10 win over TYLOO. "I think this team can reach top five in the long term," he said afterward.
magic's Quieter Climb
magic's 2026 has been steadier and considerably less loud. A 4th-place finish at PGL Astana in May brought a $112,000 payday, and the team touched a career-high world ranking of 16th on July 1. There's no single result that defines them the way FUT's Vitality map or Bucharest title does — just a roster that has kept climbing without a signature headline attached to it.
Their path through the EWC group stage matched that description: a win over 3DMAX, then a 2-1 decider over 9z to reach the playoffs — solid, unspectacular, effective.
