SCAR-20 | Splash Jam released August 14, 2013 as part of the Militia Collection.

It originally released during the CS:GO era, before Valve's Counter-Strike 2 relaunch in September 2023 — its artwork, wear range, and source carried over unchanged into CS2.

It launched as a Classified-tier finish, with a Souvenir edition but no StatTrak™ version.

As a finish, "Splash Jam" is applied to the SCAR-20 — the Counter-Terrorists' semi-automatic sniper rifle, the CT-side counterpart to the G3SG1 — and carries the pink rarity color every Classified-tier skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.

That Classified classification places it one tier below the rarest Covert finishes, but above the more common Restricted-and-below skins most loadouts are filled with.

SCAR-20 | Splash Jam ships in all five wear conditions, but its float is capped between 0.06 and 0.80 — narrower than the full 0.00–1.00 range some other skins allow.
