Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler (Phase 1) released September 22, 2021 as part of the 2021 Train Collection.

It originally released during the CS:GO era, before Valve's Counter-Strike 2 relaunch in September 2023 — its artwork, wear range, and source carried over unchanged into CS2.

It launched as a Covert-tier finish, with a Souvenir edition but no StatTrak™ version.

As a finish, "Gamma Doppler (Phase 1)" is applied to the Glock-18 — the Terrorists' standard sidearm, able to switch into a fully-automatic burst mode — and carries the red rarity color every Covert-tier skin shares on the Steam Market and in-game.

That Covert classification places it among the rarest tier a regular CS2 skin can reach — only Extraordinary knife and glove finishes rank above it.
